

Full Refunds: Tickets may be eligible for a full refund if requested up to 14 days prior to the event date
Partial Refunds: If a refund request is made XX days or XX days prior to the event, a partial refund of xx% will be issued. Any request after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or marked as "non refundable" are not eligible for refunds. Tickets bought on the day are not eligibile for a refund.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests must be submitted via email to the contact details provided at the bottom of this list.
Please include your order number, full name and the email address used during the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within XX days after approval and will be credited back to the oirginal method of payment.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders will have the option to attend a new date (if proposed), or a full refund will be given within XX days of the announcement.
EVENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferable to another person up to 14 days before the event. Transfer requests must be made by contacting the support team. Name changes and ticket transfers may be subject to a fee of £1 per ticket.
TRANSFER OF TICKETS
The Harewood Gravity Games do not authorise the selling of event ticket via third party providers (this includes any purchases made on social media platforms and via individuals claiming to own genuine tickets.)
If you purchased tickets from a third party, these are likely to be fake and not covered by any of our refund policies and you will be turned away at the gate or made to purchase your tickets in full.
THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to attend the event for any reason including illness or a broken down vehicle.

Inclement weather (unless the event is officially cancelled).

Personal reasons or change of mind after the refund deadline has passed.
